Importance of Team Coordination

Today I was thinking about a famous saying "Man is a social Animal" (i dont know whether its a saying or a definition) and trying to find out the hidden meaning in this small sentence. I have to agree with it because in today's world and even in every age of you human civilization, this is an undeniable fact that Human being always live together and work together.
In today's era with the advancement of technology a single person might do many things in just one click. But still one person can't do all things. Even today, people have to work in teams. Success of every project lies in the strong team communication and coordination. We all know that project (of any type) is about to develop a useful product to support either business or something else. For example if you are a making car, you have to have certain things to assemble so that finally you can have a cart like thing whose ultimate goal is to move you from one place to another. Every part of the car has to be designed with a proper specification and measurement so that you can assemble them to finally produce a useful thing. Strong coordination among different teams is required specially during the design and analysis phase.
Team coordination is also the essence for the success of any software project. A team on every software project has to be synced with each other, even if you divide the work in modules and assign each module to a different personnel.
You can write 100 lines of code to solve a problem in no time. But you can't estimate the time which you have to put afterwards to either fix the bug or to modify the code only to coup with the other dependent module. Here is the importance of communication b/w the team members specially at the design time.

In today's world, nations are nurturing and flourishing only because they are working together towards a common goal.
