Switching a job is not an easy task

These are the three things which u need to be successfull in your professional career. Everybody tries to give his 100% in his job. But sometimes besides all your efforts and hard work..you are not satisfied with your job. SATISFACTION brings MOTIVATION and motivation brings SUCCESS. In such situation people get bored from their jobs and they can't give 100%. Thats something very terrible for the growing curve in anybody's professional career. It needs to be sort out and one must has to think about his career.
Now what should be the next step.

• First try to find out what u want to do.
• Second start looking for that job which u want to do.
• Third prepare yourself for the whole interview and other stuff.

As soon as you gets offer. Dont think much and just SWITCH......That startegy should be adopted throughout the life. Once I heard from my senior...Dont love your company..Love your job
